Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in facilities and fleet maintenance.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.
• Ability to operate work-management databases and MS Office/Teams.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Back-up operational lead when Facilities Manager is unavailable.
• Process and monitor maintenance work orders; coordinate repairs.
• Audit monthly fuel receipts; report suspicious activity.
• Coordinate consumable purchases and in-house deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle upkeep and inspection records.
• Coordinate conference room setups and office moves.
• Perform manual repairs as needed.
• Maintain landscaping and parking lot upkeep.
• Communicate issues to the on-duty manager.
• Attend safety trainings and quality planning activities.
• Collaborate with staff to achieve goals as directed by manager.
• Maintain valid Wisconsin driver’s license and auto insurance.
