Responsibilities

• Drives the operational processes for work order management and service partner follow up.
• Coordinates maintenance repair work orders: dispatch, scheduling, follow up, quote preparation, problem resolution.
• Reviews and prioritizes open work orders for follow-up based on age or status.
• Collaborates with Managers or Trade Specialists to resolve issues.
• Communicates customer requirements to relevant departments to resolve challenges.
• Maintains system access and usability with client and service personnel.
• Provides reporting and dispatch updates for assigned client(s).
• Conducts periodic weekly calls to discuss updates and information sharing.
• Informs Service Manager of progress and personnel matters affecting operations.
• Supports Digital & Technology development with user acceptance testing.
