Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with four years or more related experience.
• Experience in a behavioral health care setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of data collection and analysis as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.
• Ability to travel is required.
• Must be a team player with excellent supervisory, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work activities of facilities services to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Employee training.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.
• Requisition of tools and equipment.
• Make periodic inspections of facilities and vehicles to identify needed repairs or corrections to meet safety and operational standards.
• Dispatch facilities technicians to assist in emergent situations.
• Suggest changes in working conditions to increase safety, efficiency, and productivity.
• Complete monthly environment of care walk-through and adjust as needed.
• Participate in monthly supervision with Statewide Director of Facilities.
• Participate in Performance Improvement activities related to Environment of Care.
• Responsible for supply orders and inventory stock.
