Job summary

Providence Housing Authority is seeking an Operations Project Manager to support the Department Director and project teams, overseeing reporting systems, CFP grants, and capital program coordination. You will produce monthly/quarterly management reports, track budgets, and coordinate funding applications while liaising with Finance and other departments to keep projects on time and within budget.

• Four-year degree in management, public administration or planning or similar related studies required.

Responsibilities

• Track, submit and report on the CFP (Capital Fund Program) funding.
• Prepare the Department’s Monthly Management Report, CFP annual plans and performance reports.
• Coordinate funding applications for public and private grants and track CFP funding requests.
• Compile and write departmental and agency reports, schedules and statements.
• Maintain CFP status with Department Directors and ensure deadlines are met.
• Serve as liaison to other departments on operations and modernization.
