Job summary

QTS is seeking a FacOps Analyst I in Irving, TX to monitor key processes, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities. You will partner with internal teams and vendors, manage budgets, and create reports to guide decision-making.

The role supports process improvement projects, updates policies, and ensures efficient operations across FacOps functions. Strong data analysis and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing, reforecasting, and reconciling budgets.
• 3+ years of project management or related experience.
• Experience in data analysis using Excel pivot tables, formulas and charting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with or willingness to learn business applications and databases such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze company policies and operational processes.
• Monitor and track process control points for critical operational processes (e.g., requisitions, budgeting, service management).
• Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party providers, partners and vendors.
• Export, combine, refine and analyze datasets from business applications (e.g., budget variances, customer service interactions, surveys).
• Visualize data using charts, graphs, and reports for management.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities from data analyses.
• Define project requirements by interviewing stakeholders and analyzing data and processes.
• Track and report status of project actions to drive improvements.
• Recommend changes and update policies and procedures in writing.
• Collaborate across teams to improve end-to-end efficiency and quality.
• Craft professional written communications and templates.
