QTS Data Centers in the United States (Irving, TX / Duluth, GA) is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to manage the supplier lifecycle and support supplier-facing applications. You will be the central contact for suppliers and QTS teams initiating or updating relationships.

The role emphasizes data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize value and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Supply-Chain or related roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement functions using enterprise systems.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and orders.
• Assist in contracts and supplier onboarding.
• Drive cost savings and manage supplier spend data.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable and internal teams to resolve payments.
