Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
• Physical ability for cleaning and operating cleaning equipment.
• Able to walk and stand up to 90% of workday.
• Lifting and loading up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assists with facilities duties including event set-up and tear-down.
• Maintains cleanliness of the facility (i.e. vacuuming, trash, restrooms).
• Helps maintain building furnishings, equipment, and operating systems.
• Supports safety and security for the campus.
• Distributes daily deliveries.
• Clears walkways as needed.
