Job summary

Eagle Brook Church is seeking a part-time Facilities On-Call to support campus ministries and events by keeping the campus clean and welcoming for attenders. You will assist with event set-up and tear-down and report to the Facilities Manager.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, to work independently and in a team, and to adapt to flexible hours. It is a non-exempt, hourly on-call position at the Spring Lake Park campus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook's nine core beliefs.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically able for cleaning and operating cleaning equipment.
• Able to walk and stand up to 90% of the workday.
• Lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Flexible work hours.

Responsibilities

• Assists with Facilities duties including set-up and tear-down for all campus events.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the facility (vacuuming, trash, restrooms, general cleaning).
• Helps maintain building furnishings, equipment, and operating systems.
• Supports safety and security for the campus.
• Distributes daily deliveries.
• Clears walkways as needed.
• Other projects as assigned.
