Job summary

Nurses for Newborns in Maplewood, MO is seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to support daily facility operations. You will open the building each morning, coordinate with vendors, manage maintenance and safety tasks, and ensure a clean, secure environment for staff and families.

The role requires 1–3 years in facilities or office operations and strong customer service. This is an in-person, 8:30 a.m. start with flexible scheduling based on needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in facilities, building operations, office operations or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Discretion with confidential information and building access.

Responsibilities

• Open the building each morning and prepare for staff and visitors.
• Coordinate with property management, vendors, and service providers.
• Manage routine maintenance, utilities, equipment, and communications systems.
• Monitor vendor performance and handle service requests.
• Track expenses and assist with the facility budget and invoices.
• Maintain safety, security, and compliance with procedures.
• Provide clear communication and coverage during absences.
