Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer in Allentown, PA to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across facilities, buildings, and equipment. You will manage repairs, safety compliance, and operational performance while mentoring team members.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, universal CFC certification, a valid driver's license, and prior supervisory experience. Expect 40-45 hour weeks with company vehicles and tools provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more and meet physical requirements.
• Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure machinery and systems meet life expectations and manage repairs.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operation meets design specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work tasks.
• Share broad knowledge and mentor others across multiple areas.
• Demonstrate CBRE’s RISE values and foster collaboration across teams.
