Job summary

TSMC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking experienced Facility Mechanical Technicians to join our growing team. You will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, supporting critical semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities include keeping chillers, boilers, pumps, and cleanroom air handling in specs, performing routine rounds, and responding to abnormal conditions. The role may include Emergency Response Team duties with a monthly premium.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Technical college or trade program preferred.
• Experience with industrial processing equipment beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems including chillers and boilers.
• Perform maintenance on pumps, fans, and air handling units.
• Conduct daily rounds and monitor SCADA readings for anomalies.
• Repair damaged equipment and troubleshoot system faults.
• Follow safety policies and environmental requirements.
