Job summary

RRD is seeking a Building & Grounds candidate to maintain De Pere and Green Bay facilities, ensuring efficient plant operations. The role covers interior and exterior maintenance, HVAC systems, and coordination with operations on a 1st shift schedule (Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:00 PM) with possible Saturday work.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and recordkeeping. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Able to use powered hand tools for maintenance tasks.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a team environment.
• General knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems preferred.
• Assist external vendors for repairs and installations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain plant mechanical systems (boilers, air compressors, HVAC units) for readiness and efficiency.
• Change filters and maintain dust collection devices in air handling units.
• Perform building maintenance and assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical projects.
• Monitor dust collection systems and assist in related areas.
• Keep facilities entrances clean and orderly; support inspections as assigned.
• Maintain safe working environment and complete time reports and work orders.
• Get trained to operate scissor lift and forklift for job duties.
• Suggest improvements to operations, training, or products.
