Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a Maintenance - Building & Grounds technician for the 1st shift in Wisconsin (De Pere/Green Bay). The role focuses on maintaining building infrastructure, mechanical systems, and related equipment to support plant operations.

You will handle boilers, HVAC units, air compressors, filters, and dust collection, while assisting with carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and preventive maintenance. Lift up to 50 lbs and operate powered tools in a team environment.

Qualifications

Must be able to perform maintenance on HVAC and mechanical systems.
Ability to operate scissor lift and forklift.
Willingness to assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical projects.
Understand safety protocols and maintain safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain plant mechanical systems (boilers, air compressors, HVAC units) in ready condition.
Maintain filters and dust collection devices in air handling units.
Assist with carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical projects.
Monitor dust collection systems and return air fans; assist in maintenance.
Perform preventive maintenance and keep records of work performed.
Operate scissor lift and forklift as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Lift up to 50 lbs and use powered hand tools.
Collaborate with outside vendors for repairs and installations.
