Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Facilities Mechanical Technician for 1st shift, 40 hours per week with alternating weekends. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, boilers and compressed air systems, and inspect fire safety and emergency systems.

You’ll ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards while documenting GMP work orders. Responsibilities include replacing motors, pumps, valves, and filters; following LOTO and electrical safety procedures; inspecting mechanical

Qualifications

• Experience with GMP documentation and work orders.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, boilers, and compressed air systems.
• Ability to follow safety protocols including LOTO, confined space and electrical safety.
• Willingness to inspect mechanical and electrical systems and perform minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities (HVAC, boilers, and compressed air systems).
• Inspect fire suppression, alarms and emergency systems.
• Ensure facility compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
• Complete GMP documentation and work orders accurately.
• Replace motors, pumps, valves, belts, and filters.
• Follow LOTO, confined space, and electrical safety procedures.
• Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform minor repairs within licensed capability.
• Identify and report observed deficiencies.
• Support vendor access and coordination.
