Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 4+ years of mechanical design and technical support experience.
• Knowledge of building codes and DOE energy goals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and CAD-based design.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for Accelerator and Physics operations.
• Produce construction packages and drawings using CAD.
• Design, operate, and maintain building and industrial controls.
• Evaluate maintenance strategies for safety and cost.
• Review A-E designs and subcontractor proposals for conformance.
• Conduct energy management studies to meet DOE goals.
• Collaborate with engineers across groups to solve problems.
