The Chronicle Of Higher Education, Inc. is looking for a Mechanical Engineer in Norfolk, Virginia, to join the Facilities Management Design & Construction Team. Qualifications

• Licensed in Virginia as a Professional Engineer or can obtain licensure within 12 months.
• Extensive experience in design of mechanical systems and project management.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and Project.

Responsabilités

• Provide designs, analyses, and inspections for mechanical systems.
• Manage various design and construction projects.
• Assist with facilities inspections and condition assessments.

Design criteria such as ASHRAE, NEC
