Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in on-site facilities. You will assist MES Mobile Engineers and perform assigned tasks, inspections, and repairs across interior and exterior areas.

The role requires a high school diploma, hands-on experience with building maintenance, and proficiency with hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in building maintenance covering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Operations: Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Building Systems Maintenance: Clean HVAC components, replace lighting fixtures, monitor system operations.
• General Interior Maintenance: Hang items, repair office furniture, doors, and fixtures.
• Administrative & Organizational: Maintain maintenance logs and CMMS records, prioritize work orders, coordinate with vendors.
