The position requires HVAC-R, electrical and plumbing knowledge, a high school diploma or GED, and at least three years of preventive maintenance experience. On-call, nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Minimum three years of preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting experience or related certification/license.
• Must understand, operate, adjust and maintain HVAC-R, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of maintenance tasks for facility operations and systems.
• Assist Maintenance Mechanics, Electricians, and HVAC/R Technicians with repairs.
• Prioritize work to ensure patient needs are met and record work in CMMS.
• Respond to emergencies, outages and service requests.
• Attend training to enhance knowledge and skills.
