Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of facility maintenance experience.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and overtime.
• Knowledge of facilities maintenance principles and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repair and preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment; inspect belts, fluids, filters, bearings, and seals.
• Coordinate external contractors/vendors for installation and maintenance of building systems.
• Maintain CMMS records and upkeep maintenance checklists.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hazmat regulations; respond to maintenance requests.
• Operate lift equipment as needed and potentially repair electrical locks and control panels.
• Assist with renovations or remodeling and occasional custodial duties.
• Adhere to company policies and standards.
