Job summary

PECO Energy Company, a subsidiary of Exelon, is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our facilities team in Philadelphia. You will operate, install, and maintain building systems, analyze equipment issues, perform repairs, and ensure safety standards across electrical, HVAC, and structural components.

The role requires at least 3 years in building systems maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently; occasional shifts and emergency callouts may

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in the operation, repair and maintenance of building structures and building systems equipment.
• Must communicate well with supervision, peers and clients.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing and background checks.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Must be available for emergency response callouts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems with equipment within defined skills and perform repairs and test results with or without direct supervision.
• Employees may be required to work various shifts as determined by the work schedule.
