Position Summary:

Preventive maintenance, installation, service, repairs, and improvements of a wide variety of hospital and facility infrastructure equipment and systems, including but not limited to Mechanical, Structural Systems, and Equipment.Testing, troubleshooting, and routine safety inspection of systems, components, circuits, parts, and related entities using standard test equipment and methods to assure the proper calibration and efficacious operation.Provide emergency maintenance services and procedures upon utility and system failures.

Starting Pay $18.27 per hour

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.Graduate from an approved Post post-secondary vocational Program or three (3) years of recent related experience.

Preferred: Three (3) years related commercial/mechanical experience. Dependent upon operational requirements, the following certifications will be required:EPA approved certification 40 CFR subpart "f" refrigerant handling practices, Class I, II II and Plumbing License certifiable or acquired within three (3) years.
