Position Summary

Perform preventive maintenance, installation, service, repairs, and improvements of hospital and facility infrastructure equipment and systems, including Mechanical, Structural Systems, and Equipment. Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and safety inspections to ensure proper operation. Provide emergency maintenance services during utility and system failures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent, graduate of an approved post-secondary vocational program, or three years of recent related experience.
• Preferred: Three years of related commercial/mechanical experience. Certifications such as EPA refrigerant handling (40 CFR subpart “f”), Class I, II, and Plumbing License may be required or acquired within three years.
