Job summary

Orlando City SC is seeking a Facilities Operations Assistant to support the Stadium Operations team at the Inter&Co Stadium in Orlando, FL. This hourly, part-time position assists with event planning, storage oversight, and vendor coordination while delivering top-notch customer service.

The role supports the facility operations team under supervision and requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a focus on safety, reliability, and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Availability to work approximately 20–30 hours per week.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional reliability, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the facility operations team during planning and execution of stadium events.
• Assist with organizing and inspecting stadium storage areas.
• Participate in inventory tracking and other Stadium Operations initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support and exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
