Job summary

Blue Origin in Merritt Island, Florida is seeking a Facilities Planner/Scheduler III to plan and schedule maintenance for all facilities infrastructure and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, and safety systems. The role supports CMMS (Maximo) workflows and collaborates with vendors and internal teams to ensure safe, reliable operations for aerospace facilities.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant practical experience in industrial facilities management.
Experience with CMMS systems and daily workflow; Maximo experience is a plus.
Experience in vendor and sub-contractor management.
Knowledge of office and industrial facility infrastructure; familiarity with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

Support the continued use and improvement of the CMMS preventive maintenance program (Maximo).
Plan and schedule maintenance and/or repairs of facilities and equipment in-house or as the focal point for contracted efforts.
Work with contracted vendors in setting up/maintaining SOW bids and purchase orders.
Coordinate maintenance workflow best practices with shop personnel.
Assist with the definition and expansion of Blue Origin facilities.
Support with project manager/leads on mobilization and demobilization of assets.
Coordinate with outside suppliers for the purchase of parts or equipment.
