Job summary

PRIDE Industries is recruiting a Master Planner Scheduler for Federal Facilities to join our Fort Worth operation. Under limited supervision, you will coordinate, plan, and schedule maintenance work orders using the Maximo Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM) to ensure efficient preventive and planned maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with the ERP or CMMS.
• Proficient in written and oral English.
• Ability to respond to questions and make presentations.
• Computer literacy to use business software, the internet, and enter/retrieve data.
• Demonstrated customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Human relations skills to build effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Mathematical skills to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
• Ability to establish priorities and solve a wide range of business problems.

Responsibilities

• Proficiently utilizing the Maximo EAM system for work order entry, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyzing incoming work orders, prioritizing tasks, and assigning them to appropriate teams.
• Creating weekly and daily schedules for maintenance activities.
• Ensuring necessary parts and supplies are available for planned maintenance activities.
• Maintaining the maintenance program, PM checklists, schedules, and compliance reports.
• Working with maintenance supervisors and production staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Identifying recurring maintenance problems and implementing improvements.
• Monitoring KPIs for the maintenance department and identifying improvements.
• Run and revise daily reports including forecasting data, logistics, and turnaround times.
• Interact with internal and external customers to facilitate work requirements.
• Compile and record production of facilities and customer data.
• Coordinate, control, and schedule work including processing work requests and documents.
• Review and inspect files and database entries for accuracy.
• Maintain logs and data coordination for various customers and systems.
• Research and update asset records to reflect system requirements.
• Provide internal customer training sessions for process requirements.
• Use customer portal system to manage work order approvals as applicable to contracts.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
