Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a maintenance planner to support efficient maintenance on facilities and automated conveyor systems. You will prepare detailed maintenance plans and schedules and advise the Work Control Center.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 6 years in building maintenance with at least 2 years in planning and scheduling, and experience with MRP or preventive maintenance. Strong communication and ability to interpret blueprints are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
• Six (6) years in commercial/industrial building maintenance.
• Two (2) years in maintenance planning and scheduling with MRP or preventive maintenance experience.
• Willing to work odd weeks and shifts.
• Strong human relations and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed maintenance plans and schedules for facilities and conveyor systems.
• Provide direction to the Work Control Center personnel as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation of work performed per standard procedures.
