This position provides leadership and management to 22 full-time employees within the skilled trades, including carpentry, roofing, painting, and building envelope systems, to keep campus facilities safe, functional and sustainable.

The role oversees service delivery, operating budgets, staffing, and safety, driving strategic maintenance initiatives and collaborating

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of structural trades supervision.
• Experience managing operating budgets.
• Strong communication and safety leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and management for Structural Trades team.
• Oversee department operating budgets of about $3.1 million.
• Ensure safety and compliance across the trades.
• Collaborate with campus partners to plan maintenance and capital renewal.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
