Job summary

OUR SAVIOURS LUTHERAN CHURCH is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance, security, and daily operations of church buildings and grounds. You will ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment and coordinate with volunteers and staff for room set-ups and emergencies.

Qualifications include 3-5 years of facility maintenance experience and a preferred Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency with Word and Google Workspace, and OSHA-aligned practices are expected to support ongoing

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable experience.
• Knowledge of facility maintenance, equipment, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance, security, and daily operations of church buildings and grounds to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
• Oversee care of the building & property, ensuring grounds are clean, well maintained, and secure.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure that equipment is maintained and functional: obtain bids, negotiate contracts, schedule meetings, ensure timely completion, follow up on issues.
