LAZ Parking in Newark, NJ is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee operations of location(s) with a focus on 24/7 professional parking management. You will support home-office programs and help operational teams across assigned sites.

The role emphasizes employee development, client satisfaction, and financial oversight, with growth opportunities within a PEOPLE-FIRST culture. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year in a management role.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Office.
• Parking management experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with financial statements, P&L, and budgeting.
• Flexible schedule to meet operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and develop team of employees at parking location(s).
• Manage, plan, schedule, train and direct activities of on-site employees.
• Identify high potential employees to support growth.
• Responsible for payroll processing; sign off on hours; coordinate with payroll.
• Open and open new locations; oversee financial management of locations.
• Develop client relationships and business retention.
• Organize and narrate parking management skills for leaders.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company policies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly financial and operational reports.
• Coordinate with police and emergency management teams as needed.
