Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead maintenance, safety, and optimization of the Houston facility. You will oversee utilities, production and warehousing spaces, and coordinate with contractors to ensure continuous operations.

The role demands a senior leader with 10+ years in facilities, strong planning, and proven ability to manage budgets and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with MS Office and facility management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance of building structures, systems, and utilities.
• Ensure high cleanliness and housekeeping across facility areas.
• Manage staffing, resources, and daily operations of the Facility Department.
• Coordinate third-party contractors for safe, efficient work with minimal disruption.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, overhauls, and installations.
• Maintain facility layouts, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure readiness of maintenance workshops, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain logs of breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and review weekly facility performance and incident reports.
• Ensure calibration of instruments per manufacturer recommendations.
• Lead Facility Department staff performance and safety compliance.
• Support ISO 14001 initiatives and environmental requirements.
• Adhere to energy management procedures and budget controls.
