Job summary

Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII in Houston, TX is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of the facility’s infrastructure, utilities, and support services to ensure safety and productivity.

You will oversee maintenance teams, coordinate contractors, manage budgets, ensure compliance with safety and ISO standards, and drive continuous improvement in space utilization and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance of building structures, systems, and fixtures, including all utilities and services.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping across all facility areas.
• Manage staffing, resources, and daily operations of the Facility Department.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance, overhauls, and installation projects.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors to ensure safe and efficient execution of work with minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain logs of breakdowns, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
