Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family facility maintenance or equivalent.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid state driver’s license; EPA Certification and specialized trade licenses are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Complete daily work orders for structural repairs.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve emergency maintenance requests.
• Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance.
• Track labor hours, inventory, and completed repairs.
• Assist in overseeing external contractors.
