The UCLA California Nanosystems Institute (CNSI) seeks a Building Manager to oversee operations for the 188,000 SF CNSI facility. You will maintain building infrastructure, systems, safety and security programs, and support services for nanotech laboratories and core facilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in building/facilities management.
• Experience with hazardous materials, clean room operations, and environmental compliance is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supervising staff and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication to interact with faculty, students, and staff.
• Ability to design and implement an equipment tracking system.

Responsabilités
