Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager in Durham, NH to ensure safety and functionality of a multi-unit residential property. You will supervise the onsite team, coordinate with third-party contractors, and maintain building systems including HVAC, BAS, electrical and plumbing to high standards.

The role demands strong problem solving, leadership, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, collegiate environment; travel to other properties may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience managing building systems in multi-unit residential properties.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• EPA 608 Universal certification.
• HVAC/EPA 608 Universal certification.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO), or intent to obtain within six months.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints and safety guidelines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all building services and preventive maintenance programs to industry best practices and SOPs.
• Supervise day-to-day operations including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and BAS.
• Monitor systems, provide diagnostics, and certify major building systems are compliant.
• Prioritize and schedule maintenance work and manage facilities staff.
• Oversee budgets, bid and manage contracted work and vendor performance.
• Inspect facilities, prepare reports, and advise on improvements and repairs.
