Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager for on-site operations in Fresno, CA. You will act as the single point of contact for daily FM operations, coordinating technical and administrative teams, and ensuring client commitments are met with a strong emphasis on cost control and performance measurement.

The role emphasizes leadership, budget management, supplier coordination, and HR-related people management activities within a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Facilities Management.
• 5+ years facility management with corporate or third-party providers.
• Strong business acumen including financial planning and analysis.
• Ability to manage within budget and time constraints.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills.
• Experience with FM operations and multi-site management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for daily facilities management operations across single or multiple assigned sites.
• Matrix manage technical and administrative staff while monitoring performance and morale.
• Coordinate with supply chain to define scope, conduct supplier walk-throughs, and manage performance.
• Maintain HR contact for people management, Learning & Development, and leave planning.
• Establish annual budgets and track expenses per client processes.
• Monitor KPI targets and SLA compliance, implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead participation in local JLL and account innovation programs and share best practices.
