Job summary

Mission Ridge Ski Resort is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and operational functionality of all resort facilities and utilities. This role leads facilities staff and contractors, coordinates maintenance programs, and ensures regulatory compliance across environmental and safety standards while supporting daily operations throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with building trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC).
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Experience supervising staff and managing budgets.
• Proficient in basic computer/documentation skills.
• Valid Washington State driver license; CDL recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Mission Ridge facilities and utilities.
• Oversee preventative maintenance and safety testing.
• Supervise facilities staff and contractors; manage schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate capital improvement projects and bid reviews.
• Assist parking crew and guest services during operations.
