Job summary

Ragged Mountain Resort is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager responsible for the upkeep of the resort's physical assets, supervising a team of maintenance and custodial staff while ensuring safety and compliance. This role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance.

The ideal candidate must have strong management principles, knowledge of safety precautions, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. A flexible schedule is necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of responsible experience in facilities maintenance with proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Valid Driver's License; OSHA-10 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance workers and custodial services.
• Plan and oversee staff in the repair and maintenance of resort buildings.
• Manage service contracts for critical systems including HVAC and fire suppression.
