Job summary

The Willoughby-Eastlake Public Library is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities Department across five library locations. The role oversees maintenance staff and an internal delivery driver, ensuring daily operations, safety, and the upkeep of all facilities.

This exempt, full-time position (40 hours/week) requires supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license; Ohio Public Employees Retirement System pension, health, and life insurance benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or completion of a technical specialty program preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance required.
• 1-2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Driver's license with a good driving record needed to operate library vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of the Facilities Department.
