Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Dallas, TX Facility Manager to oversee processing, shipping/receiving and all daily facility activities, driving quality, cost, and unit metrics while leading transformation projects and new capabilities.

You will manage staffing, budgeting, and Lean initiatives, develop and motivate staff, ensure a safe operating environment, and collaborate with internal customers to meet SLA targets. Relocation assistance is provided for out-of-state candidates.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage staffing and resources to maximize outputs.
• Ability to train others in system platforms.
• Willingness to work weekends or overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly/monthly staffing and resource allocation to maximize process outputs.

• Partner and support internal customers in driving revenue targets and product quality.

• Develop and motivate direct reporting staff to build a high performing team.

• Decrease the overall speed to process and move product to finished goods inventory.

• Ensure a safe operating environment and high equipment utilization.

• Track departmental budget and optimize for profitability.

• Drive Continuous Improvement using Lean manufacturing tools.

• Learn and be fully functional in all system platforms and train others.
