Job summary

Sprout is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee two ITAD processing facilities in Garland, TX. You will lead processing, shipping/receiving, and daily facility activities, driving quality, cost, and unit metrics while implementing process improvements and new capabilities.

Relocation support provided for out-of-state candidates; candidates must have ITAD, reverse logistics, or refurbish/resell facility experience to guide transformation and sustain Sprout's industry

This role will oversee two facilities in Garland, Tx

Must have ITAD, Reverse Logistics, or Refurbish/Resell facility experience.

Will be responsible for managing the processing, shipping/receiving, and full facility activities. Their goals and objectives will be to work with support staff to drive production fundamentals of quality, cost and units + lead facility transformation projects including process improvements, asset deployments, and new capabilities. Additional responsibilities include work output, fiscal impact, and reporting requirements.
