Job summary

Sprout is seeking a Dallas-based Facility Manager to lead processing, shipping/receiving and all facility operations for our ITAD and refurbishment workflows, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will drive production fundamentals across quality, cost and units, supervise support staff, lead transformation projects including new capabilities, asset deployments and process improvements, and provide regular reporting while upholding Sprout’s values and employer of choice standing.

Qualifications

• Must have ITAD, Reverse Logistics, or Refurbish/Resell facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage processing, shipping/receiving and full facility activities.
• Drive production fundamentals of quality, cost and units.

The Dallas, TX Facility Manager will be responsible for managing the processing, shipping/receiving, and full facility activities. Their goals and objectives will be to work with support staff to drive production fundamentals of quality, cost and units + lead facility transformation projects including process improvements, asset deployments, and new capabilities. Additional responsibilities include work output, fiscal impact, and reporting requirements.
