Qualifications

• 3–5 years of facilities management, building operations, or maintenance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Experience coordinating contractors and service vendors.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, building codes, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and life safety systems.
• Coordinate and oversee facility work orders through the CMMS system, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
• Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions to maintain safety and standards.
• Support capital improvement projects by coordinating contractors and tracking progress.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all workspaces, including offices, conference rooms, and common areas.
