NODA AI, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager in Austin, TX (hybrid) to own the physical infrastructure, labs, and secure spaces as the company scales.

You will lead building management, safety, security, and space planning, partnering with IT, Security, and Engineering to maintain compliant, ready spaces for prototype to production work. You will collaborate with the VP of Operations and Office Manager to keep facilities running smoothly, while scaling with the business and managing

Competenze

• Knowledge of OSHA, fire and building code requirements.
• Experience managing building coordination, facilities contracts and contractors.
• Track record delivering build-outs or office expansions on time and budget.
• Experience managing facilities budgets and tracking expenses.

Mansioni

• Own operation and maintenance of Austin facilities including office, lab, and storage spaces.
• Coordinate maintenance requests, access control, security systems, HVAC and building matters.
• Develop preventive maintenance for HVAC, electrical, power, and lab infrastructure.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DoD requirements and ITAR when applicable.
• Support lab setup, equipment installation, power and network needs.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and budgets; report facilities spend to leadership.
