Qualifications

• Budget Administration: Knowledge of the principles and practices of budget administration, including preparing, justifying, and reporting on budgets.
• Building and Construction: Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools to construct objects, structures, and buildings.
• Facilities: Knowledge of the physical, engineering, and operational characteristics of facilities and related safety considerations.
• Project Management: Knowledge of planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing projects and resources.

Responsabilités

• Develop facility plans, coordinate facility operations, and support regional/statewide initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day administration of facility contracts within the Central Region.
• Coordinate tenant improvements and smaller facility projects and oversee capital program implementation.
• Provide guidance under supervision of a Facilities Manager 2 for larger or complex projects.
