Qualifications

• Three years of professional experience in the broad occupational fields of the division or department.
• Two years of supervisory and/or managerial experience, which may be concurrent with the professional experience.
• Permanent employment status in the classified service is required for department recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal operational and administrative manager supporting the Infrastructure Director.
• Guide division priorities, improve business processes, and coordinate statewide support services.
• Supervise assigned staff and lead workforce planning, training, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with regional leadership, Contracts Review, and fiscal staff to deliver infrastructure programs.
