Job summary

You will plan preventive maintenance with Operations and Safety teams, manage contractors and vendors, and lead maintenance staff while ensuring OSHA/Cal/OSHA compliance and budget adherence.

This role requires 5+ years in facilities/building operations with supervisory experience; a degree in facilities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or building operations with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and irrigation systems.
• Experience managing vendors and contractors; able to read bids and invoices.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to prioritize demands.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of facilities and equipment across site.
• Plan preventive maintenance and manage budgets.
• Coordinate outside contractors and review invoices.
• Ensure OSHA/Cal/OSHA safety compliance.
• Manage facilities budget and lead staff performance.
• Lead capital improvement projects from planning to completion.
• Maintain inventory and relationships with suppliers.
• Respond to facility emergencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs for safety and code compliance.
• Develop lead/supervisor coverage for absences.
