Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC seeks a Facility Manager to support a high-visibility federal program by overseeing facility operations, construction execution, and QA. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams in secure environments and hold an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.

Requirements include a related degree with 6+ years of experience (or 10+ years without a degree), DoD/IC facility experience, and strong leadership with excellent communication. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management or related field with 6+ years of experience, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience managing federal facilities, construction projects, QA programs, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Knowledge of facility operations, building systems, project controls and QA practices.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, organizational, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical writing.
• PM certifications such as CFM, BOMI, IFMA preferred.
• Experience supporting DoD, IC, or secure federal facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations with site inspections, deficiencies, corrective actions and customer relationships.
• Oversee renovation and construction projects from planning through closeout in compliance with drawings, permits, schedules and safety.
• Coordinate with government, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams for planning, design reviews and execution.
• Review proposals, develop scopes, plan documents, feasibility studies and contract administration support.
• Conduct building code reviews and coordinate multidisciplinary design across disciplines.
• Develop and maintain QA plans and oversee CQC compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Manage project controls, schedules, quality metrics, risks, reporting and closeout documentation.
• Lead QA/QC meetings and coordinate with government stakeholders to deliver projects.
