Job summary

Topgolf International is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Schaumburg, IL to support the Facilities Manager in daily maintenance operations and to help lead a high-performing team. You will oversee repairs, equipment maintenance, and the upkeep of venue systems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and guest-ready facilities while fostering teamwork and engagement among porters and the facilities staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in building maintenance, equipment repair, and facilities systems.
• Clean driving record and ability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21 years of age or older as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Support the Facilities Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department.
• Coach, develop, and drive engagement with Facilities Team members and Porters.
• Control department budgets and spending within established guidelines; ensure safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Proactively identify and address maintenance issues before they impact guests or Team members.
