Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc is seeking a hands-on Facilities Manager or Senior Manager to maintain bowling lanes, arcade games, and rental equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a maintenance team, prioritize repairs, and manage preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and inventory control.

The role requires 21+ years old with ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and occasional guest assistance. Competitive pay is offered with benefits after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Two years hands-on facilities maintenance experience (Arcade/Bowling preferred).
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Solid communication and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize repairs and work orders independently.
• Inventory forecasting and auditing experience preferred.
• Open availability 9:30 AM–2:30 AM daily, including weekends & holidays.
• Members of management must be over 21 to handle alcohol when needed.

Responsibilities
