Job summary

CORE Electric Cooperative is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the facilities portfolio across district offices, substations, and ancillary properties in Colorado. The role reports to the Director of Fleet and Facilities and drives performance analytics, budgeting, and long-term asset planning.

You will oversee hard and soft services, vendor management, and safety programs, while guiding a team of facilities professionals and coordinating with ITS for incident response and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of facilities management experience on single properties.
• IFMA FMP or BOMI accreditation required; CFM accreditation strongly preferred.
• Five (5) or more years of people leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS/IWMS, BAS, life safety systems, budgeting and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities operations across CORE properties, including maintenance and security.
• Manage budgets, capital planning, and procurement with vendors.
• Oversee safety programs, incident response, and compliance.
• Develop and mentor Facilities team, drive process improvements.
